JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Creator Success Specialist who can help creators successfully launch, use, and grow on MVP.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, patient, helpful, and comfortable supporting creators through onboarding, training, and day-to-day platform questions.

Responsibilities:

Onboard new creators and guide them through the setup process.
Help creators set up their MVP profile, tools, or platform access.
Answer creator questions and help resolve issues.
Provide simple training and support when needed.
Engage with the creator community and help keep communication active.
Collect feedback from creators and share important updates with the team.
Make sure creators feel supported and know what next steps to take.

Requirements:

Experience in customer support, client success, creator support, community management, or onboarding.
Strong written communication skills.
Patient, friendly, and good at explaining things clearly.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, Slack, email, and other online platforms.
Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes.
Experience with creators, influencers, sports, apps, or startup teams is a plus.
