JOB OVERVIEW

SoCal Signature Clean is looking for a money motivated Rockstar VA with a sales background and experience working for a cleaning company.

We are a fast-growing premium cleaning company in California and we are looking for a confident, high-energy Virtual Assistant who LOVES closing sales. This is not just an admin role.

You will be the voice of our company when potential customers call or inquire about our cleaning services. Your job is to build trust quickly, answer questions confidently, and turn inquiries into booked jobs.

If you enjoy talking to people, handling objections, and winning sales conversations — this role is for you.

We are looking for someone who is positive, sharp, and persuasive. Someone who enjoys the challenge of turning a hesitant prospect into a happy customer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer inbound calls and messages from people interested in our cleaning services
• Guide customers through pricing and service options
• Confidently handle objections about price, scheduling, or service details
• Convert leads into scheduled bookings
• Follow up with warm leads who haven’t booked yet
• Update notes and leads inside our CRM system
• Help with scheduling jobs and sending follow-ups

Your main goal: turn inquiries into booked cleaning appointments.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Fluent in English with a neutral accent
- Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to U.S. customers
- Naturally persuasive and great at building rapport
- Quick thinking when handling objections
- Reliable and detail-oriented with admin tasks
- Positive personality with great energy

Sales experience, call center experience, or appointment setting is a big plus.

If you love sales conversations and enjoy the feeling of closing deals, you will thrive here.

Technical Requirements

• 30 Mbps or faster wired internet connection
• Quiet workspace with no background noise
• Backup internet or device in case of emergencies

Compensation

• $5 – $6.50 per hour (based on experience) + Commission!
• Full-time position
• Must be available during U.S. business hours (Pacific Time)

There will also be opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
