JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing health education company based in Canada. Our brands, Eye Drop Shop and The Dry Eye Club, help thousands of people every day through educational content, e-commerce, and patient education.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a key member of our team, not just another virtual assistant.

This is a long-term position with lots of opportunity to grow.

Your Responsibilities:

You'll help manage almost everything related to our online content and marketing.

This includes:

-Editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and YouTube videos

-Creating thumbnails in Canva

-Writing captions

-Scheduling content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

-Maintaining a content calendar at least 30 days in advance

-Posting same-day content when needed

-Creating and managing ManyChat automations

-Building Klaviyo email campaigns and welcome flows

-Creating landing pages for lead magnets

-Uploading and managing products in Shopify

-Organizing Google Drive and digital assets

-Using ChatGPT and AI tools to improve workflows

-Tracking analytics and suggesting improvements

-Helping with occasional administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and travel
