JOB OVERVIEW

LJY is looking to work with a social media marketer.

We are an accounts practise based in Edinburgh Scotland, specialising solely as property accountants. We want to add another member to the team to help bring in leads and continue the growth we are already having.

This is going to be someone who can help us craft and create videos, edit videos, and manage our social media and call settings. They will also be responsible for everything related to the initial contact with clients, right up until the first sales call we would have with ourselves, as well as rigorous and controlled follow-up thereafter.

Were looking for someone who is extremely well organised and already proficient in marketing and follow-up. We'd expect them to be proficient with software that includes:

- Lead tracking
- CRM software to stay on top of every lead that comes in
- Automations and workflows

Ideally, we want someone who understands how to keep a theme, how to craft videos (i.e., hooks and offers), how to target certain customers and locations and how to track progress of different marketing material to best optimise our strategy. This job will be salaried, but we would also be paying the first month of revenue for each client we get on board ranging from a $ ---------- depending on the client won.
