Relentless Value Coaching (RVC) is a premier coaching organization serving financial advisors through the DecaMillionaire Way framework. Founded by Justin Goodbread, CFP, CEPA, CVGA, WSJ bestselling author, and EPI Hall of Fame inductee, RVC helps financial advisors build, scale, and ultimately exit businesses at seven, eight, and nine-figure valuations. Our team is lean, high-performing, and operates at the intersection of strategy, content, and business growth.
Position Overview
Relentless Value Coaching is seeking a Creative Marketing and Content Manager to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This is a full-time-hours, fully remote engagement beginning with a 90-day trial period, with a long-term working relationship offered upon successful completion of that trial.
This is a management role. The two success drivers are simple: social media leads and booked speaking engagements. Everything this person and their team touches should move one or both of those needles.
This person owns our content operation across every platform, including YouTube, and manages our creative contractors (graphics and video editing) to keep high-quality content flowing on schedule. They also run our
This person reports to the Director of Operations. The role is built to grow. Strong performance opens the door to deeper ownership over time, including taking on paid advertising support and a larger hand in the strategy behind what we publish.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management (All Platforms)
Own the content operation across all platforms, including the YouTube channel, LinkedIn, and others, using the posting system that is already built.
Refine, rewrite, and edit existing drafts into final, platform-ready content tailored to each platform. Drafts are produced in the Founder's voice, so this is sharpening and adapting, not writing from a blank page.
Run the content calendar, keep everything on brand and on schedule, and publish and optimize across channels with lead generation and engagement as the goals.
Manage the YouTube channel day to day, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnail direction, with conversion as the primary objective.
Team and Production Management
Direct the graphics contractor and the video editor or editors: brief them clearly, coordinate their output against the content calendar, hold deadlines, and quality-check what they deliver.
Plan the images and video each piece of content needs, and give the creative team the direction to produce it on time and on brand.
Keep the production pipeline moving so content ships consistently without leadership having to chase it.

Keep event promotion aligned with the content calendar and tied to leads and attendance. Paid promotion for events follows the paid-advertising growth path above, and event registration systems and logistics are handled by leadership.
Speaker Research and Outreach
Research and build targeted lists of conferences, associations, and events that fit the Founder's keynote topics and audience.
Draft speaker applications and outreach messages. Initially these are prepared for the Director of Operations to review and send, with the goal of owning this research-and-outreach engine over time.
Follow up on outreach and keep the target list and Founder speaker kit current. Note: booking coordination, terms, and logistics for confirmed engagements are handled by leadership, not this role.
Analytics and Reporting
Report weekly to the Director of Operations on what is driving leads and what is not, across content,
What This Role Does Not Include—To keep the role focused, the following are owned elsewhere and are not part of this position
Paid advertising budget and strategy, which are set and owned by leadership. This role is expected to grow into executing paid advertising support against that budget over time, but it never controls ad spend or sets ad strategy.
Videography and filming. This role directs the video editor, but does not shoot video.
Booking coordination and closing for speaking engagements, which stay with leadership. This role generates the outreach; leadership handles the deals.
Required Qualifications
Near-native written English. This role represents the Founder's brand directly in outreach, so writing must be polished, professional, and error-free without supervision.
Proven experience managing or directing other contractors or creatives, including coordinating output, giving feedback, and holding deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to run content across multiple platforms, including a YouTube channel, with measurable engagement and lead outcomes.
Strong editing and rewriting skills, with the ability to adapt one draft into platform-ready content while holding a consistent brand voice.

Who You Are
You do not wait to be managed. You see the objective, you build the plan, you direct your team, and you execute. You understand that in a lean, high-output organization like RVC, ownership is not optional, it is the job. You bring creative instincts and analytical discipline in equal measure, and you know the difference between activity and results.
You are energized by working alongside people who operate at a high level and hold high standards. You take the mission seriously without taking yourself too seriously. And you are the kind of person who makes the people around you better.
