JOB OVERVIEW

# Web Developer

**D-Launch | Full-Time**

D-Launch is looking for a Web Developer who can build, repair, and maintain websites for our clients. You'll be the go-to person for WordPress builds, site fixes, and ongoing maintenance work.

## What You'll Do

- Build websites from scratch using WordPress and Elementor Pro
- Repair broken sites, fix bugs, and resolve performance issues
- Handle ongoing maintenance: updates, backups, security checks, uptime monitoring
- Manage hosting setups and configurations on Siteground
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, page speed issues, and mobile responsiveness problems
- Collaborate with our design and ops teams on client projects
- Keep clients informed on progress and turnaround times

## What You'll Bring

- Solid experience with WordPress (theme customization, plugin management, troubleshooting)
- Strong working knowledge of Elementor Pro
- Familiarity with Siteground hosting and site management tools
- Basic to intermediate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience with website migrations, backups, and staging environments
- Understanding of website security and SSL setup
- Comfortable managing multiple client sites at once
- Good communication skills and reliable reporting on task progress

## Nice to Have

- Experience with GA4 or other analytics/tracking setups
- Familiarity with SEO basics and page speed optimization tools
- Exposure to other page builders or CMS platforms
- Experience working with agency or client-facing teams
