JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Database Coordinator to join a growing U.S.-based company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining accurate CRM data and supporting marketing initiatives.

You will play a key role in ensuring the health of our databases, improving data quality, and supporting outbound marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM
Manage and organize contact data using ----------
Clean, enrich, and update CRM records
Remove duplicate contacts and maintain data accuracy
Create and manage contact lists and audience segmentation
Monitor CRM health and database integrity
Support outbound email marketing campaigns
Monitor email deliverability and identify areas for improvement
Assist with email authentication monitoring (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)
Generate reports related to CRM performance and data quality
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and reliable data

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in CRM or database management
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
Experience using ---------- (required)
Experience supporting email marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of CRM best practices
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with email deliverability
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
Experience supporting B2B marketing teams
Experience working with U.S.-based companies

Work Schedule

Full-time
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
