Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new clients, presenting Ignis Creative Agency's solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound and inbound client outreach, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating terms, and closing contracts. The role also involves maintaining post-sale relationships, providing feedback to the creative and strategy teams, and documenting customer interactions in internal systems.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. It is required to have stable internet connection and your own devices.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with different customer profiles, understand their needs, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
Sales skills and a basic understanding of insurance products or services, with the ability to negotiate contracts, achieve sales targets, and explain commercial terms.
Previous training experience or a willingness to learn and share knowledge, supporting the continuous development of the sales team.
Previous experience in a digital agency or service-based company is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
