**Compensation:** $10-$15 USD/hour depending on experience
**Schedule:** Full-time, US business hours required
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our eCommerce business across Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels.
You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns, optimizing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and helping drive profitable revenue growth.
### Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize:
* Amazon PPC
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads
* TikTok Ads
* Amazon DSP (preferred)
* Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS and profitability.
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
* Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, and channels.
* Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate with creative and eCommerce teams on testing and optimization.
* Build reports and dashboards to track key KPIs.
### Requirements
* 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
* Strong experience with Amazon PPC.
* Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
* Experience managing large advertising budgets.
* Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Must be available to work during US business hours.
### Nice to Have
* Amazon DSP experience.
* TikTok Ads experience.
* Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or Amazon Brand Analytics.
* Shopify experience.
* Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or GA4.
