JOB OVERVIEW

Fix Before Closing helps real estate agents and homeowners get repair items fixed that come up during a home inspection. We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and articulate outbound caller to introduce our services to US real estate agents who have properties that just went under contract.
This is NOT a hard-sales role. Your job is to make a warm, professional introduction, briefly explain how we help, and get permission to email and text the agent our pricing sheet and website link. High call volume is the goal — the more agents introduced to us, the better.
Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to US real estate agents from provided lists
Warmly introduce Fix Before Closing and our repair-coordination service
Ask permission to send our pricing sheet and website via email/text
Log calls, outcomes, and contact details accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Follow up as needed and keep notes organized

Requirements:

Proven experience with US-based outbound/cold calling (please share examples or a voice recording)
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent — a voice recording is required with your application
Comfortable making many calls per day and staying upbeat/professional
Reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet
Available during US business hours (please state your timezone availability)
Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel and/or US real estate
