Job Description: Senior Finance & CRM Manager (High-Level / Non-Beginner)
Position Overview
This is NOT an entry-level or beginner role. We are seeking an elite, high-IQ, and completely fluent Senior Finance & CRM Manager to take absolute ownership of our data integrity and financial operations. You will not be micro-managed; you are expected to be highly resourceful, analytically sharp, and capable of connecting the dots across multiple platforms to keep our business running flawlessly.

Compensation & Hours
Base Salary: $375 USD per week (Premium rate for top-tier talent).
Performance Commission (KPI): 5% commission on all collected rental reimbursements. ($10k+/mo KPI to be collected in Rental Reimbursements)
Expected volume: 2–5 collections per week (Average invoice is $800, offering excellent additional income for a high-performer).
Hours: 8 hours per day (Flexible, but must maintain strict daily consistency and align with core business hours for active team communication).
Key Responsibilities & Standard Operating Procedures
1. Advanced Bookkeeping, P&L, & Financial Breakdowns
Statement Reconciliation: Independently review and reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements provided by the business owner.
P&L Ownership: Build, maintain, and update the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement to track overall company revenue, operating expenses, and net margins with 100?curacy.
Daily Expense Tracking: Audit and document daily expenditures and company spend to give the business owner total financial clarity.
2. Rental Invoicing & Strategic Collections (QuickBooks)
Invoice Management: Oversee the generation and distribution of rental invoices to insurance and clients using QuickBooks.
Active Collections: Monitor pending payments and strategically follow up to secure rental reimbursements, directly driving your 5% commission.
3. Weekly Payroll Infrastructure
Earnings Tracking: Master our internal tracking app to monitor and audit exactly what every tea
Payroll Report Delivery: Compile a flawless weekly payroll report showing the precise breakdown of what is owed across the team, delivering it to the owner for final funding execution.
4. Aggressive CRM Health & Data Integrity (GoHighLevel)
System Audits: Run daily audits on all active pipelines and deal cards in GoHighLevel.
Data Hunting & Escalation: Identify missing paperwork, client details, or signatures. Do not leave fields blank or wait for data to come to you. You must proactively hunt for it by directly contacting tea
5. High-Level Communication
Requirements & Qualifications (Strictly Enforced)
Fluency & Communication: Flawless written and spoken English. You must be able to confidently speak with clients, sales reps, and management without communication gaps.
High Cognitive Ability (High IQ): Strong analytical skills, a sharp memory, and the ability to look at incomplete data and figure out how to solve the problem independently.
Technical Expertise: Proven, intermediate-to-advanced experience managing GoHighLevel pipelines and QuickBooks workflows.
Financial Literacy: Prior experience building or managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and performing bank reconciliations.
Character: Absolutely trustworthy, highly organized, and fiercely proactive.
