We're looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant to become a key member of our operations team. This is a fast-paced role supporting a growing service company where every call, message, and customer interaction matters.
If you're someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in getting things done, we'd love to meet you. This is a long term employment, not a gig.
**Your Responsibilities**
1. Handle a high volume of outbound calls professionally and confidently.
2. Answer inbound calls promptly and provide excellent customer service.
3. Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules.
4. Update customers and technicians through phone, chat, SMS, and
5. Monitor company chat and communication channels throughout your shift.
6. Keep our CRM accurate and up to date.
7. Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and other operational tasks as needed.

3. Reliable and consistently available during working hours.

**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Experience with Dispatch or Field Service CRMs .
2. Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or with 3 Years Call Center environment experience.
3. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with great American accent.
4. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
5. Stable high-speed internet connection. Minimum 300mbps.
6. Quiet home office with a professional work environment.
7. Headset with clear microphone.
