JOB OVERVIEW

U.S. Real Estate Lead Generation VA (Experienced Only)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Overview:
We're hiring a VA to pull foreclosure, pre-foreclosure leads, absentee owners, trust, probate, preprobate, divorce, code violation etc. with owner phone numbers using real estate data platforms (Propstream, Propwire, BatchLeads or any other softwares you've used to pull this data into a cvs file. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who has hands-on daily experience with at least one of these tools in a prior job.
Screening Questions (required to be considered — generic applications will be rejected):

Which platform(s) have you personally used: Propstream, Propwire, BatchLeads, or other? List all, and note which one you used most recently and for how long (months/years). Bonus if you've used other softwares then the ones I've listed with results to prove it.

For your most-used platform: roughly how many leads did you pull per day/week, and what was your typical skip-trace/phone-match hit rate (e.g., "70% of records had a working number")?

Did you or your employer pay for the subscription, and do you know the approximate monthly cost?

Name one specific limitation or annoyance with that platform (e.g., "phone data was often outdated," "filtering by pre-foreclosure stage was clunky," "exports capped at X records"). Vague answers here will be treated as a red flag.

If you've used more than one platform, which had the higher phone-match rate in your actual experience — not general reputation — and can you estimate the difference?

Please do NOT apply if you have only watched tutorials or have limited experience.

Responsibilities (continued)

Pull foreclosure, pre-foreclosure leads, absentee owners, trust, probate, preprobate, divorce, code violation etc.
Build targeted real estate lead lists.
Find and verify homeowner phone numbers. (Bonus commission pay for being able to pull list with phone numbers that are the most accurate
Export clean, organized lists into spreadsheets. (Strongest experience is a cvs list with these parameters)
Recommend the best software and workflow based on your experience. (Bonus pay for using other softwares outside of the ones I have listed above)

Required Experience

You must have:
At least 1 year of experience generating U.S. real estate leads.
Experience using PropWire, PropStream, BatchLeads, or similar tools. (You will receive a
Experience finding accurate homeowner phone numbers and can organize the data into a cvs list.
Strong English communication skills.
High attention to detail.
