We're looking for a motivated, Sales Representative/telemarketing to join our growing remote team. If you enjoy speaking with customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
-Make 30–40 outbound call attempts during your dedicated calling shift.
-Handle 15–25 connected customer conversations (inbound and outbound).
-Conduct customer orders, sales calls, follow-ups and check-ins.
-Answer product and service inquiries professionally.

-Perform customer research before calls.
-Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Performance Expectations (KPI)
Based on a dedicated 3-hour calling shift
-Outbound Call Attempts: 30–40
-Connected Calls: 15–25
-Average Talk Time (AHT): 2.5–4 minutes per call
-Talk Time Utilization: 60–70% of the shift
Qualifications
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-Professional phone etiquette with a friendly and confident speaking voice.
-Strong customer service, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
-Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
-Previous experience in sales call, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is an advantage.
-Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) as a calling platform is a strong plus.
Technical Requirements
-Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection (required). 50 MBPS above is required for upload and download with back up ISP
-Noise-cancelling headset with clear microphone quality (required).
-Reliable computer or laptop capable of handling browser-based applications.
-Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for handling customer calls.
Remote Work Expectations
-To ensure professionalism and maintain excellent customer service, applicants must have:
-A quiet and distraction-free workspace during working hours.
-No background noise that could interfere with customer calls.
-No distractions such as children playing, television, loud music, or household interruptions during the shift.
-The ability to remain fully focused and available throughout scheduled working hours.
Training & Onboarding
-Week 1 Focus
-Live inbound and outbound customer sales calls.
-Customer follow-ups and communication.
-Learning workflows through hands-on experience while receiving guidance from the team.
-KPI will be monitored weekly and if not reached will end service.
