JOB OVERVIEW

Beckford & People is looking for a Financial Data Analyst to turn our operational and sales data into clear, actionable insight. You'll work closely with our leadership and the sales team to track performance, evaluating financial data, providing insights that drive business decision and surface trends that shape how we grow. This role sits at the center of the business - close rates, funding volume, commission accuracy, and client acquisition cost all run through you. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel + Google workspace, and the ability to communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years in a financial analysis, data analysis, or FP&A-style role
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with SQL or a BI tool (Looker, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with CRM or sales performance data (GoHighLevel experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to translate raw numbers into a clear recommendation, not just a spreadsheet
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where priorities shift week to week
• Background in financial services, credit, lending, or funding is a strong
• Create and maintain weekly reporting for project updates and status meetings.
