JOB OVERVIEW
We are an elite, high-growth marketing agency specializing in local multi-location customer acquisition for highly sensitive, high-trust niches—specifically Childcare, Early Childhood Education, and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy. We do not build "pretty grids"; we build aggressive, high-converting direct-response machines that fill local centers with eager families.
We are searching for a master direct-response (DR) marketer who understands the Science of Vetting great marketing hooks and translating them into high-converting assets. Your mission is to take aggressive, high-performance direct-response frameworks typically weaponized in hyper-competitive spaces (like B2B or fintech) and beautifully adapt them into warm, high-trust, high-conversion localized ads that compel parents to enroll their children.
If you understand consumer psychology, know how to reverse-engineer winning ad frameworks, and can maintain a New York standard of excellence under tight agency deadlines, this role is for you.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Competitor Reverse-Engineering & Creative Strategy

Deconstruct winning direct-response frameworks from outside industries and ethically adapt those angles for childcare and ABA therapy brands.
2. Direct-Response Angle & Copywriting
Write high-converting, emotionally resonant ad copy engineered specifically for modern parents, speaking directly to high-stakes pain points: safety anxieties, developmental milestones, behavioral challenges, and navigating state subsidies or insurance.
Develop clear, compelling variations of primary text, headlines, and description combinations to systematically test in Meta.
3. Visual Direction & Asset Production
Design or heavily storyboard high-contrast, attention-grabbing static ads and short-form video concepts (Reels/TikTok style).
Ensure all creative assets are built to stop the scroll even with the sound turned completely off through aggressive use of captions, visual cues, and hook placement.
4. Meta Campaign Management & Optimization
Launch, monitor, and scale local lead-generation campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.
Analyze creative performance metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA) to decisively cycle out underperforming assets and double down on agency winners.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Proven Track Record: At least 2-3 years of verifiable experience managing Meta
2.The DR Mindset: Deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles. You design for cash flow and conversions, not "brand awareness" or vanity metrics.
3. Design Literacy: Mastery of Canva (or advanced design tools like Photoshop/Figma) to quickly iterate high-converting static variations and clear video storyboards.
4. Psychological Acumen: The ability to understand the deep, emotional, and often stressful buying journey of a parent choosing childcare or developmental therapy.
5. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week). Flexible daily schedule, but must have guaranteed overlap with US business hours for team syncs and client alignment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Rate: $8.00 – $10.00 per hour (up to $12.00 per hour for absolute rockstars with elite portfolios).
Hours: Consistent, long-term 40 hours per week.
Reliable, Fast Payouts: Prompt and seamless weekly payments processed securely via Wise.
Agency Growth: Work with a leading agency with massive long-term career growth opportunities and internal promotion pathways.
