We are UNCAHP, a fast-growing performance agency for UK aesthetic clinics. Our operations run on GoHighLevel and automation, and we need one technical ops VA to own that layer.

This is a hands-on systems role. You keep our tools running so the team can move fast.

**What you'll do**

- Build and update GHL workflows, dashboards, snippets, and custom values.
- Build and tweak AI agents in our booking bot for new client offers and treatments.
- Roll out client offer price updates across our systems and AI, accurately and to spec.
- Set up the technical side of new client onboarding (GHL, dashboards, trackers).
- Keep spreadsheets and profit trackers clean and current.
- Support the whole team's operational and technical requests.

**You'll be a fit if**

- You know GoHighLevel inside out: workflows, dashboards, snippets, custom values.
- You have built automations (Make, Zapier) or AI agents or chatbots.
- You are strong with spreadsheets and obsessively accurate.
- You follow a process exactly, every time, and finish tasks without being chased.
- You can work full-time UK hours (6+ hours overlap).
