My name is Ardi Honarmand, and I am a Realtor specializing in pre-construction and international real estate opportunities. I work with clients interested in new construction and investment properties in Canada, Panama, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Southern California.
I am looking for a reliable part-time Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help create content and support our online marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Create social media graphics and posts for
• Create simple marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and presentations in Canva or PowerPoint.
• Create presentations using project information that I provide, including renderings, floor plans, brochures, pricing, amenities, and project details.
• Repurpose existing content, articles, videos, and project information into social media posts and graphics.
• Resize images and prepare content for various social media platforms.
• Upload and schedule social media content.
• Assist with organizing marketing materials and files in Google Drive.
• Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks as required.
• Follow existing branding guidelines and templates.
• Assist with other simple marketing and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Good written English.
• Experience using Canva.
• Familiarity with
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience creating social media content and marketing materials.
• Experience creating presentations in Canva or PowerPoint.
• Experience working with real estate agents, brokerages, developers, or property management companies.
• Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or AI productivity tools.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
Position Details:
• Part-time position (approximately 5 to 10 hours per week initially).
• Flexible schedule.
• Long-term opportunity with potential for additional responsibilities and compensation based on performance.
• Compensation: $2 USD per hour.
