JOB OVERVIEW

Thrivr Productions is a US based video production and paid media agency working with home service businesses and professional speakers. We are hiring a video editor to help us produce social media ads and short form content at volume.
What you will be doing:
You will take raw footage we film and turn it into finished short form videos. This means:

Filtering through raw footage and selecting the best takes
Applying a LUT to color the footage
Adding captions
Adding music
Cutting in b-roll

These are simple, fast edits. You are expected to produce 2 to 4 of these per hour once you are trained on our style. This is a speed and consistency role, not a cinematic editing role.
How pay works: Levels
This role has performance based pay levels. Every editor is placed at a level, and each level has a higher payout. You move up by consistently delivering quality work at speed.

Most editors start at Level 1 and level up as they prove themselves
If you are a more experienced editor, you will not be forced to start at the bottom. Submit your best work with your application and you will be placed at the level that matches your skill
As your level increases, so does your pay and the type of projects you get (ad creative, advanced editing, larger client projects)

This means the better and faster you get, the more you earn. We want editors who are motivated by that.
Requirements:

Proven experience editing short form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Able to work fast without sacrificing quality
Reliable internet and a computer that can handle video editing
Strong written English and responsive communication
Available 20+ hours per week with room to grow into full time
