JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively prospecting for opportunities through outbound calling, nurturing relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Your expertise is to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced, technology-focused environment with hourly rate pay + sales commission. Responsibilities

+Conduct outbound calls with a proven sales process to generate new leads
+Engage in communication by fully understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their objectives
+Maintaining a professional and positive attitude following our sales process creating the best results
+Effectively implementing weekly sales training and techniques
+Maintain a high level of quality and engagement during all interactions, ensuring a positive experience that fosters the excellent results
