JOB OVERVIEW

We are a busy UK-based photography studio generating daily inbound leads through Facebook and online campaigns.

Your role is simple:
Call warm leads quickly, build rapport, and book them into our calendar

These are NOT cold calls — people have already enquired.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Call new leads within 1–5 minutes of enquiry
Follow a proven script (we provide this)
Explain the offer clearly (model calls, family sessions, etc.)
Handle basic objections (partner, timing, price)
Secure bookings and take deposits
Update notes inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Follow up leads that didn’t book on first call
DAILY TARGETS (VERY IMPORTANT)
80–120 calls per day
Respond to new leads within 5 minutes
Minimum 20–30% booking rate
Consistent follow-up on all unbooked leads
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English (clear, confident, friendly)
Strong phone presence (this is a MUST)
Sales or call centre experience preferred
Reliable internet + quiet working environment
Available during UK hours (afternoons/evenings UK time)
