JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive Mortgage Broker Assistant to support the end-to-end loan process and help create a smooth experience for clients.

Managing client communication, collecting and reviewing documents, liaising with lenders and stakeholders, CRM and pipeline management, appointment coordination, follow-ups, and providing high-level customer service throughout the application journey from enquiry through to settlement.
Experience in Australia Mortgage is a must
