We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for a Shopify travel/backpack brand.
This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on experience, availability and fit.
The main focus is social media marketing, content planning, trend research, competitor research, UGC/influencer coordination, and helping grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok,
Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media channels like
Research trends, competitors and viral content ideas
Write hooks, captions and post ideas
Coordinate with the video editor for Reels, TikToks and short-form content
Repurpose ad creatives into organic posts
Monitor comments, messages, engagement and reply
Help find UGC creators, influencers and work closely with them
Collect reviews, testimonials and social proof
Assist with
Plan weekly/monthly content calendars
Prepare simple weekly performance reports
Requirements
Social media marketing experience
Ecommerce or Shopify experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok,
Strong understanding of
Content planning and trend research skills
Basic Canva skills
Good English writing skills
Organised, proactive and reliable
Additional Benefits / Nice to Have
Strong experience with
Google Ads or TikTok Ads experience
Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and CPC
Experience creating hooks and ad concepts for paid social
UGC creator or influencer outreach experience
Klaviyo or
Basic video editing using CapCut or Canva
Trial Task
