JOB OVERVIEW

# We’re Hiring: High Level Conversion Designer

We are looking for an experienced **Conversion Designer** who can create premium, high-converting marketing assets using strong visual design principles, conversion strategy and modern AI tools.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. The focus is on creating designs that build trust, communicate value clearly and encourage users to take action. The candidate should have over 10 years of experience.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design landing pages, sales pages, webinar pages, opt-in pages, checkout pages, homepages and product pages
* Create Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Display ads, carousel ads, YouTube thumbnails and promotional graphics
* Transform approved copy and wireframes into polished desktop and mobile designs
* Improve visual hierarchy, typography, readability, spacing, CTA emphasis and brand consistency
* Develop reusable visual systems for campaigns
* Review and redesign existing pages to improve clarity, trust, mobile experience and conversions
* Use AI tools for image generation, layout exploration, illustrations, editing and creative concepts

## Requirements

Applicants should have experience in:

* Conversion-focused landing and sales page design
* Marketing funnels and direct-response design
* UI/UX and responsive design
* Typography, colour theory and information hierarchy
* Figma or an equivalent design tool
* AI-assisted design workflows

You must understand that the goal is not only to create attractive designs, but to create visual experiences that support business results.
