The Role
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who takes full ownership of our Amazon performance. This is not an execution role. We need someone who thinks strategically, challenges decisions and helps build a stronger Amazon business long term. You analyze data, manage PPC campaigns, drive profitability and work with our internal developers and external agency to build better systems.
What You Will Do
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across EU and UK marketplaces. Monitor TACoS, ACoS, BSR and profitability per SKU. Manage the relationship with our external PPC agency and align on strategy. Execute and think along on product launch strategies. Take ownership of assortment decisions including BCG matrix analysis. Lead and manage a small team of Amazon specialists. Produce weekly performance reports. Work structured in ClickUp with clear deadlines and follow-ups. Take full ownership of Amazon revenue growth across all EU and UK marketplaces.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon experience as an Brand Manager or PPC Manager. EU marketplace experience is required. Strong data-driven mindset and excellent English communication skills.
