JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Media Buyer for our fashion e-commerce stores in the Netherlands.
IMPORTANT: Fast response time is the #1 requirement for this role. We work with daily deadlines and live ad campaigns. If you usually take hours to reply to messages, this role is not for you.
What you'll do:

Set up test campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure and settings will be provided in our SOPs)
Launch new ads daily when creatives are delivered by our creative team
Hide negative comments on our ads
Fill in our P&L sheet daily between 6-7 AM Philippine time and post a screenshot in Slack
Communicate through Slack with the team

What we offer:

$5 per hour
Performance bonus: salary x2 if one ad account hits ROAS above 3, salary x3 if both ad accounts hit ROAS above 3
Weekly payment via invoice
Long-term role with a growing team (we run multiple brands)

Requirements:

Experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, ad launching)
FAST response time during working hours, this is non-negotiable
Available daily between 6-7 AM Philippine time for the P&L update
Comfortable working with Slack, Google Sheets and following SOPs
Reliable and consistent, we work with daily routines
