We run an online education business with a growing suite of courses and evergreen funnels built on Kajabi. Copy, strategy, and creative direction are handled internally. We need a precise, fast, and self-directed Kajabi specialist to handle day-to-day implementation.
Your job is to take clear briefs and execute them accurately, completely, and without needing to be chased. This is not a creative role. It is a precision role. The right person takes pride in getting things exactly right the first time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Loading and formatting
- Setting up automations, triggers, and exit conditions correctly — including purchase-based unsubscribe triggers, sequence branching, and tagging logic
- Running A/B split tests within Kajabi — knowing what to test, setting tests up correctly, reading the results accurately, and making clear recommendations based on the data
- Setting up and managing Deadline Funnel countdowns integrated with Kajabi
- Building and managing UTM parameters using
- Building and updating landing pages, sales pages, and checkout pages in Kajabi
- Checking your own work thoroughly before marking anything complete
- Flagging anything unclear in a brief before you start, rather than after
- Logging all tasks and time accurately in ClickUp at the end of each session
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Kajabi experience is essential. Plese do not apply if you are not proficient in Kajabi. You must be comfortable working inside Kajabi independently —
Deadline Funnel experience. You know how to set up and manage evergreen countdown timers and integrate Deadline Funnel with Kajabi correctly.
UTM tracking. You are comfortable building and managing UTM parameters using
Solid A/B testing knowledge. You understand what is worth testing and what isn't. You can set up a split test correctly, interpret the results, and explain clearly what they mean and what to do next.
Meticulous attention to detail. You notice things other people miss. You re-read your work before submitting it. Errors in automation logic, missing triggers, or copy that doesn't match the brief are not acceptable.
Fast and efficient. You work with focus. When copy is handed to you ready to load, you load it quickly and correctly. Simple implementation tasks don't drag out.
Clear communicator. If something in a brief is unclear, you ask before you start, not after. You give honest updates on progress and flag problems early.
Self-directed. You manage your own time and tasks without needing to be chased. You come to each session knowing what needs to be done and you do it.
Reliable and trustworthy. You log your time accurately. You do what you say you will do.
