Design and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, smart home, and solar provisions for a modern villa.
Responsibilities:
Mechanical & Plumbing: Calculate HVAC cooling loads, design duct routing, and design the complete water supply and sewage drainage networks.
Electrical: Design power distribution, lighting circuits, panel boards, and load schedules.
Smart Home / Low Current: Design the network architecture and wiring diagrams for smart home automation (e.g., KNX or Zigbee protocols) for lighting, AC, and security cameras.
Renewable Energy: Calculate the energy load to size a rooftop solar PV system and provide wiring/inverter provisions in the electrical design.
Coordinate all utility routing with the Architect and Structural Engineer to avoid clashes (e.g., ducts hitting beams).
Must-Haves:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with extensive cross-disciplinary MEP experience.
Specific experience designing smart home infrastructure and residential solar PV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit MEP and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program for HVAC).
