JOB OVERVIEW

Design a safe, cost-effective structural framework for a residential villa based on the architect's floor plans.

Responsibilities:

Calculate structural loads and design the foundation, columns, beams, and slabs.

Provide detailed 2D structural drawings and steel reinforcement schedules for the contractor.

Ensure the structure accommodates heavy roof loads (e.g., water tanks, HVAC package units, and solar panels).

Ensure 100% compliance with local municipal regulations and the Saudi Building Code (SBC).

Must-Haves:

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Strong experience with residential concrete structures in the Middle East.

Familiarity with SBC structural requirements.
