Nexlar is looking for a serious, detail-oriented full-time Finance & Administrative Operations Manager with strong accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administration experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands business operations, financial controls, reporting, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and administrative organization.
The right person must be reliable, organized, financially disciplined, and able to help leadership keep the company running with accurate numbers, clean processes, and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and financial operations.
Handle invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, vendor payments, and customer billing.
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar business systems.
Assist with job costing, project profitability, payroll coordination, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
Track deposits, balances, open invoices, collections, and project-related costs.
Organize contracts, insurance documents, vendor paperwork, customer files, and internal records.
Support scheduling, customer communication, proposals, RFQs, and internal admin follow-up.
Help create systems, checklists, and processes to improve company operations.
Work directly with ownership to improve financial visibility and accountability.
