Your Responsibilities
* Manage
* Monitor daily ad performance
* Optimize campaigns for lower Cost Per Lead and higher ROAS
* Create and test new audiences
* Build Lookalike Audiences
* Set up and manage Retargeting campaigns
* Scale winning campaigns correctly
* Pause poor-performing ads quickly
* A/B test:
* Creatives
* Headlines
* Primary Text
* CTAs
* Audiences
* Track important KPIs including:
* CTR
* CPM
* CPC
* CPL
* ROAS
* Frequency
* Conversion Rate
* Give recommendations on how we can improve landing pages and funnels
* Work with our editor to request new ad creatives when needed
* Submit a weekly performance report with insights and recommendations

Requirements
You MUST have:
* At least 2 years of Meta Ads experience
* Experience scaling campaigns
* Experience generating leads or online sales
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
* Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API
* Understanding of campaign structure
* Ability to explain data in simple English
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection

Compensation
