Job Summary
E8 is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support the firm’s real estate investment and business activities. This role will work closely with E8’s team to help qualify and track new acquisition opportunities across the firm’s investment platform. The role will focus on gathering and organizing information on prospective deals through phone calls, email, online research, and software tools; maintaining pipeline and lead tracking files; supporting off-market outreach; and assisting the investment team with day-to-day sourcing and business support needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Gather, organize, and input information on prospective real estate to qualify potential new deals in E8’s pipeline
• Conduct outreach and follow-up efforts to collect information on potential acquisitions
• Support off-market sourcing efforts, including research, outreach, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, lead status updates, and internal reporting
• Provide general business and administrative support to E8’s investment platform, funds, and acquisition activities as needed

Competencies
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable making phone calls, sending professional emails, and working across multiple software platforms
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and web-based tools
• Resourceful, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in real estate or a related field, working to qualify leads, in business support, sales support, operations, virtual assistance, or a related field
• Experience with outreach via phone and email, research, and CRM / pipeline tools
• Experience supporting a real estate, investment, brokerage, or services business
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Fluent in English
