About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Long-Form Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention, with experience editing documentary, interview, educational, or VSL (Video Sales Letter) content. This role requires someone who can take raw footage and scripts and transform them into compelling, polished videos that keep viewers engaged from start to finish.

Required Skills:
Strong storytelling and narrative editing
Excellent pacing and audience retention instincts
Experience editing documentary, interview, educational, or VSL content
Strong understanding of visual storytelling
Ability to work independently and make creative editorial decisions
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Adobe After Effects)
Basic audio editing and sound design
Organized project management and file structure
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Responsibilities:
Edit long-form videos (10–60+ minutes)
Interpret scripts and enhance the story through editing
Source and integrate relevant B-roll, stock footage, music, and sound effects
Maintain pacing that keeps viewers engaged
Perform basic sound design, dialogue cleanup, and audio balancing
Add motion graphics, subtitles, lower thirds, and on-screen text when needed
Revise edits based on feedback while maintaining quality
Collaborate with the team to improve the final product
