I'm looking for an exceptional Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant to grow alongside me. You'll help expand a mission that has the potential to change lives while supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the business running smoothly.

What You'll Help With
Every week is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:
• Researching and pitching podcasts, summits, speaking engagements, and virtual events.
• Editing, scheduling, and publishing social media content.
• Uploading and organizing course videos and digital products.
• Creating PDFs, workbooks, worksheets, presentations, and branded resources in Canva and PowerPoint.
• Supporting launches, webinars, and live events.
• Managing calendars, meetings, and scheduling.
• Moderating our
• Collecting testimonials and client success stories.
• Keeping projects organized and moving forward.
• Providing general administrative and operational support wherever needed.
This role includes clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and goals. You'll be expected to take ownership of your work, consistently meet performance expectations, and proactively communicate if challenges arise.
Tools You'll Likely Use
Experience with some (or most) of these is a plus:

Don't worry if you haven't used every tool—we value people who are resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn.
Hours
Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) to start, with opportunities for increased responsibility and hours as the company grows.
