As their clinics continue to grow, they're looking for an experienced Medical Billing & Patient Care Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Ontario MVA billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable, and patient communication who enjoys working in a fast-paced and well-organized environment.

??What We're Looking For:
> At least 1 year of medical billing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting such as Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Dental, Osteopathy, or Naturopathy.
> Previous experience in a healthcare administrative or front desk role is an advantage.
> Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Experience with Ontario MVA billing is required.
> Knowledge of Ontario auto insurance processes, including OCF forms, treatment plan submissions, and adjuster communication.
> Experience with WSIB, Extended Health Care (EHC), private pay, and direct insurance billing.
> Experience following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
> Proficient in Walnut EMR or a similar cloud-based EMR system.
> Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and confidence handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
> Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
?? What You'll Be Doing:
> Manage Ontario MVA treatment plans and insurance submissions.
> Follow up with insurance adjusters regarding approvals and outstanding claims.
> Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, including unpaid balances from insurance companies and lawyers.
> Process WSIB, Extended Health Care (EHC), private pay, and direct insurance billing.
> Welcome new MVA patients, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
> Manage appointment scheduling, rebooking, and daily administrative tasks.
> Perform billing audits and maintain accurate documentation.
