Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Flexible schedule with required overlap ~2 hours for meetings and communication
Must be available for weekly content planning and review meetings during MST business hours

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Multi-Brand Content Manager & Video Editor to help plan, create, edit, organize, and schedule content across multiple growing brands.

This is not just a basic video editing role. We are looking for someone who can help think through content ideas, plan what should be created, edit videos, write captions, organize a content calendar, and help build a clear content system across multiple brands.

You will be supporting content for:

The Haus Keepers
Blue Spruce Maids
Maid Runner
Tracey Nguyen’s personal brand

The biggest long-term focus will be helping build Tracey Nguyen’s personal brand as a founder and business owner. The goal is to create business-focused content that builds trust, credibility, and authority over time.

Tracey can record raw videos, voice notes, and ideas, but we need someone who can help turn those ideas into strong content. This includes suggesting topics and script, creating hooks, editing videos, writing captions, organizing the content calendar, scheduling posts, and tracking what is working.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Planning weekly content ideas and filming prompts
Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Editing long-form videos when needed for youtube
Writing captions, hooks, and post copy
Repurposing one idea or video into multiple pieces of content
Creating and maintaining a weekly content calendar
Scheduling and lightly posting content across platforms
Helping keep each brand’s voice, audience, and purpose organized
Reviewing what content performs well and suggesting what to repeat, improve, or stop doing
Organizing raw videos, final edits, captions, drafts, and published post links
Creating light graphics or carousel-style posts when needed
Communicating clearly about deadlines, blockers, and priorities

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

Have experience editing both short-form and long-form videos
Understand hooks, pacing, captions, storytelling, and social media formatting
Can take raw ideas and turn them into polished content
Have strong written English
Are organized and able to manage multiple brands without mixing them up
Can create a content calendar and help keep posts moving
Can work independently once expectations are clear
Care about content strategy, not just posting
Are comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Are interested in business, founder-led content, branding, and social media growth
Want a long-term role where you can grow with the company

Schedule & Work Style

This is a full-time contractor role, approximately 40 hours per week.

This role does not require you to work a strict 8 AM–5 PM schedule. We care more about quality, consistency, communication, organization, and output.

However, you must be available for scheduled meetings and regular communication during Mountain Time business hours.

There will likely be:

One weekly content planning meeting
One weekly content review meeting
Regular communication through ClickUp, email, or Telegram chat

Compensation

Pay is $1,200 USD/month.

There will be a 90-day performance review with room for future growth based on quality of work, consistency, communication, ownership, and overall fit.

This is a long-term contractor position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not someone looking for a short-term project.
