JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing and Outreach VA for a Free LET Reviewer (Remote, Part Time)
We run Meedu, a free online reviewer ( ---------- edu.ai) for the LET with thousands of practice questions, each with a clear explanation. Filipino takers are already using it ahead of the September 2026 exam, and we want it in front of many more. We are hiring a marketing and outreach VA to make that happen.

This is a social media and sales role in one. You will be talking to real people every day: takers in Facebook groups, the influencers they follow, and review centres.
What you will do
1. Posting in Facebook groups. You will be posting in LET Facebook groups regularly. Before you post in any group, you talk to the admin first: message them, let them know what you want to share and that it is free for their members, and get their go ahead. Some admins will want to post or pin it themselves, which is even better. Then post sample review questions and genuinely useful tips, follow each group's rules, and keep a simple tracker of where you posted and what happened.

2. Influencers and pages. Find the teachers, topnotchers and pages that LET takers follow. Reach out, build a relationship, and get them sharing the platform with their audience.

3. Review centres. Contact review centres and ask if they would like their own version of the platform, with their name and branding on it, which we build for them free as a demo. Your goal is to find the right person, gauge their interest, and book them into a short demo call with our founder.
You are a great fit if you
Know the LET world: you are a teacher, a reviewer, a recent taker, or you work in review content
Are active on Facebook and comfortable posting in groups and messaging people you have not met, including group admins
Write natural, warm Taglish
Are organised: you track what you send and you follow up
Are comfortable with light sales: asking, taking a no gracefully, and moving to the next one
Details
Fully remote, part time, flexible hours
Paid role with a paid trial period; pay discussed at interview
You report directly to the founder and get ready made materials: post templates, message scripts, target lists and trackers
Start as soon as possible. The next LET sitting is Sunday 20 September 2026, so this is peak season
How to apply
First, go to the website and actually use it: ---------- Try a few questions. We will ask you about it.

Then email ---------- with the subject LET Marketing VA and include:

A short intro: who you are and your connection to the LET
Your honest first impression of the platform, plus one thing you would improve
A link to your Facebook profile, and any groups or pages you run or moderate
Bonus, and the fastest route to an interview: share the platform with reviewees or in a group you belong to, and include screenshots of your post or messages together with the feedback you received. Applicants who show real sharing and real feedback go straight to the interview stage.

We review applications as they arrive.
