We're looking for an exceptional AI Automation & Applications Engineer who is passionate about AI, systems, workflow optimization, and building practical tools that save time and eliminate manual work.

## What You'll Do

You'll work directly with our leadership team to transform our business processes into intelligent automations and AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities include:

* Build custom AI agents for sales, operations, production, customer service, and internal workflows.
* Convert company SOPs into automated workflows and AI-powered systems.
* Design and build internal web applications for our team.
* Develop a booking and talent management application for our artists, musicians, DJs, and performers.
* Create dashboards for event management, staffing, scheduling, contracts, and client communication.
* Integrate our CRM, calendars, email, project management, and communication tools.
* Build AI assistants that can answer questions using our internal documentation.
* Create proposal generators, pricing calculators, onboarding systems, and workflow automations.
* Optimize repetitive administrative tasks using AI.
* Recommend and implement the best AI tools as new technology becomes available.
* Continuously improve our internal systems through automation and AI.

## The First Major Project

Your first assignment will be designing and building an internal AI-powered booking platform for Troy Curtis Entertainment.

The platform will include:

* Artist database
* Musician availability
* Talent scheduling
* Event calendar
* Booking workflows

* Payment tracking
* AI booking assistant
* Internal team dashboard
* Mobile-friendly interface

You'll also build AI agents that automate repetitive office tasks and improve productivity across sales, production, operations, and marketing.
