JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team.

Position Details:
6 hours per day
Monday–Saturday
$400/month

Long-term opportunity with room for growth!

What You'll Do:

Start and manage conversations with potential clients through DMs.
Build genuine conversations instead of sounding scripted.
Qualify leads and book appointments.
Follow our proven framework while adapting naturally to each conversation.

We provide the scripts, training, and systems. However, we are not looking for someone who simply copies and pastes messages. We need someone who understands how to communicate naturally, ask the right questions, build rapport, handle objections, and move conversations toward booking appointments.

Requirements:
Previous appointment setting or sales chatting experience is required, and you must be able to prove it through a previous employer, reference, or other verifiable experience.

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. You must communicate naturally, have strong grammar and spelling, and be comfortable understanding and using everyday American English and common U.S. expressions.

Strong communication and conversational sales skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully. We value people who pay close attention, implement feedback immediately, and don't need to be told the same thing multiple times.

Professional, reliable, and committed to long-term work.
