JOB OVERVIEW

Ultra Labs is seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer to build and maintain cross-platform applications for our growing portfolio of media and technology businesses across Asia. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full stack, not just the client side, and can confidently wire up servers, manage backend integrations, and keep data flowing smoothly between our apps and services. This role goes beyond UI work; you'll be responsible for making sure the entire pipeline, from Flutter front end to Supabase back end, runs reliably in production.

What You'll Do
_Build and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications.
_Wire up servers and integrate frontend clients with backend services.
_Create and adjust Supabase edge functions as project needs evolve.
_Manage API connections, authentication, and data flow between client and server.
_Debug and optimize performance across the full stack.
_Deploy updates and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
_Collaborate with leadership and other tea ---------- mbers, communicating progress and blockers clearly.
_Take direction well and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

What We're Looking For
_Production experience with Flutter/Dart, not just personal or tutorial projects.
_Demonstrated comfort working across the stack, including servers and backend logic.
_Hands-on experience deploying and adjusting Supabase edge functions.
_Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous data handling.
_TypeScript experience.
_Familiarity with the Supabase ecosystem, including Auth, Postgres, and Storage.
_Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple layers of an application.
_Clear communicator who takes direction well and proactively flags blockers.
_Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities.
