Unlike traditional agencies, we don’t just manage PPC. We take ownership of the entire Amazon account, including catalog management, account health, listing optimization, backend operations, and strategic growth.
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Catalog Specialist who enjoys solving complex Seller Central problems and keeping accounts running smoothly.
This is a long-term position with room to grow into a full-time role.
What you’ll do:
You’ll become responsible for the operational and backend side of multiple Amazon accounts.
Your responsibilities include:
Seller Central & Catalog
* Catalog management
* Flat file uploads
* Parent-child variation creation & repairs
* New ASIN creation
* Listing updates
* Attribute updates
* Browse node corrections
* Backend keyword updates
* Product type corrections
* Variation troubleshooting
* Merge & split requests
Account Health
* Monitor Account Health daily
* Identify suppressions before clients notice
* Resolve suppressed listings
* Fix stranded listings
* Handle policy violations
* Resolve compliance issues
* Create and manage Seller Support cases
* Escalate cases when necessary
Marketplace Operations
* Inventory monitoring
* Buy Box monitoring
* Promotion setup
* Coupon setup
* Deal submissions
* Marketplace troubleshooting
* Amazon SAS coordination when required
General Operations
* Maintain organized documentation
* Track all work performed
* Report issues proactively
* Communicate with account managers
* Suggest improvements whenever you find recurring issues
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has 3+ years working inside Amazon Seller Central
* Has managed medium or large Amazon accounts
* Has strong experience with:
* Flat Files
* Catalog Management
* Parent-Child Variations
* Listing Suppressions
* Error Codes
* Seller Support
* Account Health
* Compliance
* Understands Amazon policies
* Knows how to investigate issues instead of guessing
* Has excellent written English
* Is detail-oriented
* Works independently
* Communicates proactively

Experience with

* AI tools (ChatGPT + Claude)

Working hours
* Part-time (15–20 hours/week to start)
* Daily availability required
* Must overlap with European working hours

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Philippines Time
