We are a UK-based serviced accommodation management company operating a portfolio of high-quality serviced accommodation properties across London. Our goal is to provide every guest with a seamless, five-star experience through efficient operations, excellent communication, and consistent quality standards.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day serviced accommodation operations.
Working Hours:
10 hours per week
2 working days per week
1 weekday
1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
5 hours per shift
Working hours will generally fall between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time) with 2 hour break

Role Overview
You will support the daily operations of our serviced accommodation business by ensuring guests receive excellent service and our properties remain ready for every arrival.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys following systems while continuously looking for ways to improve them.
You will report directly to the Company CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication
-Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries.
-Assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
-Resolve guest concerns calmly and efficiently.
-Keep guests updated until issues are fully resolved.
Daily Operations
-Coordinate check-ins and check-outs.
-Confirm cleaning schedules with cleaners.
-Verify completed cleans using checklists and photo evidence.
-Report maintenance issues and follow up until completed.
Quality Control
-Ensure every property meets company standards before guest arrival.
-Review cleaner photos and inspection reports.
-Maintain an issues log.
-Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
Listings Support
-Update property listings when required.
-Ensure descriptions, amenities, house rules, and photos remain accurate.
-Check listing accuracy across booking platforms.
SOP & Administrative Support
-Follow company SOPs consistently.
-Help update SOPs based on recurring issues.
-Maintain organised records and operational documents.
-Assist with simple reporting and task tracking.

Essential Experience
-Previous experience in serviced accommodation, hospitality, customer service, or property management.
-Strong written English.
-Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
-Comfortable following checklists and standard operating procedures.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Good problem-solving and communication skills.
