Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who understands how to execute, analyze, and improve marketing efforts across multiple channels—not someone who just posts content or follows instructions.
This role is for someone who can think strategically, act on data, and contribute to real business growth. You should understand how marketing efforts translate into traffic, engagement, and revenue, and be able to continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Execution (Core Focus)
• Plan, create, and execute marketing content across social media,
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand goals and optimized for performance
• Identify high-performing formats, hooks, and trends—and replicate them effectively
Growth & Strategy
• Support and develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales
• Understand how different platforms and channels contribute to growth
• Actively look for opportunities to improve campaigns, not just maintain them
Analytics & Optimization
• Track and analyze performance across campaigns (engagement, reach, conversions)
• Identify what’s working and scale it
• Quickly adjust or eliminate underperforming efforts
Marketing Support & Execution
• Assist in product launches, promotions, and campaign rollouts
• Support marketing operations including content planning, coordination, and execution
• Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and performance across all marketing efforts
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Proven ability to contribute to growth, engagement, or conversions
• Strong understanding of content performance, especially short-form content
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and results-driven
What We're NOT Looking For
• Someone who only schedules or uploads content
• Basic graphic design without understanding performance
• No experience with analytics, strategy, or growth
Bonus Skills
• Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Strong video editing skills for short-form content
• Understanding of marketing funnels (awareness ? engagement ? conversion)
• Experience in e-commerce or product-based brands
