ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join a remote team supporting a US-based client. In this role, you will own the day-to-day management of the client's social media presence, develop content that connects with their audience, and help grow their brand across key platforms. You will work closely with the client's team, communicate regularly in English, and bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain the client's social media accounts across platforms including Instagram,
• Develop, write, and schedule engaging content including captions, graphics briefs, short-form video scripts, and stories.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to the client's campaigns, promotions, and business goals.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and respond in a timely and on-brand voice.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Research trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
• Coordinate with the client on campaign approvals, brand guidelines, and upcoming priorities.
• Support paid social campaigns by assisting with creative assets, copy, and performance tracking as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing social media accounts professionally, either in-house or as a freelancer.
• Direct experience supporting US-based clients or US-based audiences is required.
• Strong written English communication skills with the ability to write in a clear, engaging, and on-brand voice.
• Solid understanding of platform best practices across Instagram,
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong experience writing compelling calls to action that drive engagement, clicks, leads, or conversions across social platforms.
• Comfortable with direct client communication via video calls,

TOOLS AND PLATFORMS
• Content scheduling: Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
• Design: Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent
• Analytics: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics
• Project management: Asana, Trello,
• Communication: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
• Video: CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools (a plus)
