# Personal Assistant & Finance Admin — Full-Time Remote Agency Role
We are looking for a highly organised, reliable, and proactive **Personal Assistant / Finance Administrator** to join our growing agency.
This is a **full-time remote agency role**. You may support our internal team and, depending on business needs, may also be assigned to support one of our clients.
We work with fast-moving businesses, including companies in the UK property sector, so we need someone who can stay organised, communicate professionally, handle sensitive information, and make sure important tasks actually get completed.

## Role Responsibilities
You may be responsible for:
* Managing and organising
* Supporting business and personal administrative tasks
* Maintaining spreadsheets and financial records
* Tracking invoices, payments, expenses, and outstanding balances
* Following up on unpaid invoices or missing information
* Organising documents, receipts, and transaction records
* Preparing simple finance summaries and reports
* Scheduling meetings and managing priorities
* Communicating professionally with tea
* Handling sensitive personal and business information confidentially
* Spotting missing information, errors, or overdue tasks before they become bigger problems
* Supporting different client accounts as part of an agency environment
Experience with tools such as **Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, accounting platforms, CRMs, property software, or payment platforms** is beneficial.
