About Us
I’m Kaleb, and I’m building multiple home service businesses in the United States.
Right now, you’ll primarily support our growing fence company, but this role is designed to grow alongside the business.
As we launch additional companies, you’ll become a key part of helping operate all of them.
This is not a dead-end VA job.
I’m looking for someone who wants to build something long-term.

What You’ll Do
You’ll become one of the first members of our operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound phone calls from customers (excellent English is required)
* Responding quickly to new customer inquiries
* Creating and sending fence quotes (training provided)
* Following up with leads
* Scheduling appointments
* Coordinating with subcontractors
* Keeping customer information organized
* Helping improve our systems and processes
* Solving problems before they become problems
Every day will be a little different.

Compensation
This role starts as performance-based pay because we’re a startup. I believe the people who create the most value should earn the most.
Customer Quotes
* ???? $3 for every completed, accurate quote
* ???? +$20 when your quote results in a booked on-site consultation
* ???? +$30 when that customer becomes a paying job
A quote that goes all the way from inquiry to sold project earns you $53.
Inbound Phone Support
* ???? $10 for every qualified inbound call you handle
* ???? +$75 when one of your phone leads becomes a paying customer
The more responsibilities you take on, the more opportunities you’ll have to earn.
This role starts with answering inbound calls, responding to leads, sending quotes, coordinating with subcontractors, and helping keep our operations running smoothly.
As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of additional parts of the business. My goal is to promote from within, and the right person will transition into a stable monthly salary plus performance bonuses as they become an essential part of our operations.
