Brand & Content Operations Assistant (Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Hours)

I'm growing a luxury travel and lifestyle brand centered around curated travel experiences and developing premium travel products. I'm looking for someone experienced and capable of helping build a brand from the ground up. They need to be creative and a problem solver, coming with ideas and able to take action or do research without always waiting for direct instruction.

If you're someone who enjoys creating content, stays ahead of social media trends, and knows how to leverage AI to work smarter, this may be for you.

Responsibilities include:
* Researching industry trends
* Brainstorming creative marketing and brand ideas
* Developing engaging social media content and content calendars
* Assisting with website development and organization
* Using AI to improve productivity
* Presenting multiple creative options rather than waiting for direction

You are someone who:
* Has experience helping build a brand, business, or creator platform
* Has a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media strategy
* Is experienced with content creation/editing and understands what captures attention
* Is highly organized and dependable
* Is proactive and can work with minimal supervision
* Can communication well in English
* Is highly proficient with AI tools other productivity platforms
