What You’ll Do
Handle customer conversations across phone, chat,
Conduct Zoom fitting consultations with personalized recommendations
Help customers with sizing, fit, orders, exchanges, and product questions
Support wholesale partners through onboarding and credit setup
Keep product listings accurate and log customer feedback to improve the site
Juggle multiple conversations while keeping the customer experience warm and professional
What We’re Looking For
Proven multi-channel customer support experience
Excellent spoken and written English
A warm, patient, and personable communication style
Strong attention to detail
Comfort handling live customer conversations about fit, sizing, and product recommendations
Philippines-based and able to work overnight on U.S. Eastern hours
