JOB OVERVIEW

We are building an AI-powered kids educational content business publishing short-form and long-form videos across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. We operate 3 channels simultaneously, each focused on children's educational content (alphabet, numbers, colours, animals, nursery rhymes) for children aged 2–6.

This is NOT a traditional content creation role. You will not be filming or appearing on camera. You will be operating an AI
production system and managing active channel growth across all platforms.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

VIDEO PRODUCTION (using AI tools):
- Generate videos per week across 3 channels using AI
- AI handles the voiceover, visuals, captions and editing automatically — your job is to input prompts, review output, and maintain quality
- Generate thumbnails using Gemini (free) or ChatGPT image generation in seconds
- Write SEO-optimised titles, descriptions, and hashtags for every video using AI tools
- Schedule all content in advance using AI

SEO AND CHANNEL GROWTH:
- Research keywords using VidIQ, YouTube Studio, and TikTok Creative Centre before writing any metadata
- Optimise every video for discoverability on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Track subscriber and follower growth weekly across all channels
- Monitor CTR, watch time, and audience retention — flag and fix underperforming content
- Drive traffic between platforms using cross-posting and strategic linking

MONETISATION:
- Track progress toward YouTube Partner Program (1,000 subs + 4,000 watch hours)
- Track TikTok Creator Rewards eligibility (10,000 followers + 100,000 views/month)
- Add affiliate links (Amazon Associates) to every video description
- Add digital product links (Teachers Pay Teachers / Etsy) to every relevant video
- Monitor and report monetisation milestones weekly
- Support sponsorship outreach when channels reach 10,000+ subscribers

QUALITY CONTROL:
- Review every video against a QC checklist before scheduling
- Ensure all YouTube videos are marked "Made for Kids" (COPPA requirement — mandatory)
- Ensure every description contains the primary keyword, product link, affiliate link, and correct hashtags

SCHEDULE:
You choose which days. Total hours: 10–14 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Daily and confident user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) — not just awareness, active daily use
- Experience with AI video or content generation tools (ViewMax, InVideo, Runway, CapCut, or similar)
- Understanding of YouTube and TikTok SEO — knows how titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails affect discoverability
- Ability to generate AI thumbnails using Gemini or ChatGPT image generation
- Analytical mindset — reads platform analytics and draws conclusions, not just screenshots
- Growth-oriented — genuinely cares about increasing views, subscribers, and followers
- Strong written English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable — sends check-ins every working day without prompting
