We are a UK career-intelligence platform. We help project management, IT, and business professionals in the UK figure out where they stand in the job market and what their realistic next career move is. Our whole brand is built on being honest, we tell people the truth about their situation instead of flattering them, using live UK job data.
We're looking for a capable, self-managing social media marketer to run our presence across Instagram,
What you'll do:
- Plan and manage a content calendar across Instagram,
- Create and publish 2 posts per week on each platform (6 total), including graphics made in Canva using our brand assets
- Write platform-appropriate captions (professional for LinkedIn, engaging for Instagram/Facebook)
- Come up with content ideas and angles based on our brief and your knowledge of each platform
- Engage on our behalf: comment on relevant accounts, reply to comments and messages using our guidance
- Track basic performance and send a short weekly update
- Suggest improvements over time based on what's working
What we're looking for:
- Proven social media marketing experience (please share examples or accounts you've managed)
- Strong written English, our audience is UK professionals, so tone matters
- Able to work independently from a brief without daily direction
- Confident with Canva for creating graphics, and comfortable managing and scheduling posts across Instagram,
- Organised, reliable, communicative
- Bonus: experience with careers, recruitment, education, or B2B content
